Applies To: All Advanced CareTech employees, affiliates, and 1099 contractors
1. Logo Usage Guidelines

The Advanced CareTech logo must be used exactly as provided — no alterations in color, proportions, or design are permitted.

The logo must always appear clear and legible. Do not stretch, skew, overlay, or crop the logo.

Minimum clear space around the logo must be maintained and no text or graphics may encroach upon this space.

Only official, high-resolution logo files issued by the Marketing or Admin team may be used.
2. Approved Branding Standards

All branding materials (flyers, presentations, promotional items, etc.) must use the official CareTech color palette and typography.

All public-facing materials representing Advanced CareTech must be pre-approved by an Executive Care Coordinator.

Unauthorized use of CareTech branding or logo on external websites, social media, or other platforms is strictly prohibited.
3. Business Card Policy

Business cards must use the official CareTech template provided by the Admin team unless otherwise approved.

Name, title, CareTech email, and phone number must be presented clearly in the designated format.

Only official titles (e.g., Care Coordinator, Executive Care Coordinator) may be used.
4. 1099 Contractor Co-Branding Provision

Contractors may co-brand their business card with another organization only if they have received written approval from an Executive Care Coordinator.

Upon approval, the standard CareTech business card design may appear on one side, and the contractor’s other business/organization may appear on the reverse side.

Both sides must maintain professionalism, be free from conflict of interest, and uphold CareTech’s brand integrity.
5. Violations

CareTech reserves the right to request destruction or discontinuation of any unapproved materials.
