Whether you’re Medicare-credentialed or not, here’s what to expect:

1. Credential Review – Our team will verify your license and determine whether you’re already set up to see Medicare patients.
2. Billing & Setup Support – If you’re not yet Medicare-credentialed, our billing team will guide you step-by-step to help you get everything in place to begin accepting Medicare patients.
3. Clinical Training – You’ll receive direct training from our Medical Director, Jessica Maeler, a wound care expert with over 19 years of clinical experience. She’ll walk you through protocols, regenerative therapy administration, documentation best practices, and case navigation.
4. Go Live – Once your setup is complete, we’ll begin connecting you with patient referrals in your area. Our care coordination team handles logistics, scheduling, and documentation support so you can focus on patient care.
